No-Carb Breakfast Bowl (GF) - Fluffy scrambled eggs mixed with savory sausage crumbles and topped with cheddar. Side of healthy ranch. $5
Breakfast Burrito – Eggs, sausage, and cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla. Side of salsa. (Gluten-Free tortilla +$2) $4
White Chicken Chili (GF/DF) – Hearty, filling soup with chicken and beans. Sides of cheddar and sour cream. $4/pint
Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap - Tender chicken, crispy bacon, healthy ranch, cheddar cheese, greens, and tomato wrapped up in a tortilla. (GF tortilla + $2) $6
Chef Salad (GF) - Refreshing mixed greens topped with turkey, ham, cheddar, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers. Side of healthy ranch or Italian dressing. $6
Teriyaki Rice Bowl (Vegetarian/DF) - Steamed brown rice topped with broccoli, bell peppers, pineapple, crunchy Asian noodles, and house-made teriyaki sauce.(add chicken +$2) $5
Cauliflower-Crust Pizza (GF) - Thin crust made with cauliflower and topped with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. $6
Chocolate Brownie (Vegetarian/GF/DF) - Gooey, soft brownie made with protein-packed black beans and dark chocolate. $2
