Culinary Kids Strike Again
The CTE's Culinary Arts students were up to their old tricks Wednesday night, serving up a delicious and eye-pleasing appreciation dinner to the Mid Michigan Community College Board of Trustees. Said CA Instructor Heidi Rocha: "I had a 12-hour day yesterday, but it was totally worth it! The menu included chicken stuffed with goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, honey glazed carrots, rice pilaf and hand-whipped chocolate mousse. Most of all, I appreciate these kids who gave their time after school and then drove home in a snowstorm."
